PURPOSE OF THE POISTION
The job requires : To achieve the Company enrollments for the specified period. To be point of contact for students who seek information, advise, and assistance in applying admission to Colleges / Universities abroad. To coordinate entire process related to the student enrollment and admission.Job DescriptionWill be responsible for achievement of companys goals through providing University / Country wise product information and courses to students to enable them make the right choice.
Provide telephonic counselling to the leads of all resources & invite them to walk into the office for counselling.
Forwarding student applications to universities.
Enter relevant information on MIS system and maintain database of students through follow up, engagement to provide timely support to students.
Co-ordinate with University / college representatives to assist the student funds transfer, Visa and travel / stay arrangements related to admissions.
Promote Global Reach Brand through continuous engagement with students and maintaining high customer feedback score.
Actively work with various vendors (Just dial etc.) to increase the walk in / enquires of students.
Work with other colleagues through mails or through personal meetings for enhancing the business development front.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
