Job Description:
Responsible for End to end recruitment process for the profile assigned. Design and update job description.Source and conduct first round of interview for potential candidates from job portal , social networking etc. Sending Mass mailers, updating on job boards and company sites.Head hunting for certain profiles.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.Bulk Hiring/ Campus Hiring.
Cordinating with Clients with the recruitment process and schedule. Internal cordination with the Team Manager.
Maintaining necessary MIS reports on daily basis .Maintaning Database of candidates for a particular profile.
Graduate/MBA Male/Female with min 1 year exp in similar profile ,with good comm skills and knowledge about the process can share cv on mandar.gurav@altuspro.in Alternatively connect on 7738099118
