Job description
- Manage the front desk customer service by Attending to guests/clients and connecting them to the right person in the organisation
- Efficiently handle the phone line which includes responding to incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate person/department, connecting outgoing calls, providing information etc.
- Ensure smooth movement of inward and outward correspondence/couriers and maintain records of the same
- Arrange meetings and manage appointment calendar for Senior Management/internal staff
- Complete vendor management for travel, stationery, office equipments etc.
- Maintain records of the correspondence
- Managing Vehicles and office assets
- Managing administrative staff
